The timing of this, like so many other things nowadays, couldn’t be anymore poor than the way some of us are feeling in general. But, we do not get to choose our moment, we only get to choose how we respond to the moment at hand.
Our brother in comics shop days long past but not forgotten Jason has recently return to the unreal world of today from a recent bout with health issues. Little did he know what was to come while he slept! That includes a few lingering hospital bills and other bills including his car insurance. Slowly but surely Jay is putting things back together but his meager funds aren’t enough to cover things.
Now for those out there in Internet Land who have already contributed something to the kitty, the management offers their most sincere gratitude. This message isn’t aimed at you, although if you do wish to contribute you will not be turned away. No, the management is reaching out to those folks who’ve asked what can be done to help out numerous times during Jason’s long late winter's nap. Now is your time. And yes, as was said above, it can’t be the worst time to ask. We all know what’s happening in the world outside all of our respective windows. Yet ask is what the management is forced to do.
Jason needs our help once again. The management hopes some of you, many of you, can answer the call in true capes and cowls fashion like the heroes we all know and love. It’s more than understandable if you can’t help at this time. Most of us are still trying to grasp the moment successfully. It’s also understandable if you don’t want to contribute through this route. The management is sure such folks will make all such efforts necessary to reach out to brother Jay directly for any other arrangements.
