Anthony Vertucci is one of the kindest and most good-hearted people you could know. He would give the shirt off his back just to help a friend, family or a stranger in need.
As many of you may know, Anthony's mother had been suffering from MS for 40 years. She has sadly passed away 3 weeks ago from an unexpected heart attack. Anthony had been taking care of his mother nearly his entire life since his teens. He had always respected her wishes and kept her comfortably at home while having a constant flow of nurses in and out of his house to care for her.
However, many of you may not know, the equipment needed to kept her alive and strong for so many years had a huge financial weight on Anthony. The expense of the electric alone was something that he was eventually unable to keep up with after the medical expenses were paid. Every month he gave whatever he could but it was never enough. She had a room set up like a hospital and required an electric hospital bed, constant oxygen, a feeding pump, a suction machine and more, along with the lights, TV and other utilities left on 24/7 for the nurses on shift. When the electric bills became too overwhelming, the only thing keeping the lights in the house on was his mom. The fact that she was on life support was the only thing stopping the electric company from shutting them off. As he was saving her, she was also saving them.
Now that she has passed and Anthony and his kids morn her loss, he needs your help. His mom is no longer there to protect them and now he is faced with years of debt. The electric bills must be caught up with immediately or they will leave him and his kids in the dark. Anthony is doing everything he can to prevent this but he could really use your help.
