We are Happily Ever After Rescue, a local animal sanctuary located between beccles and bungay in Suffolk, we are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and providing lifelong care for exotic mammals, rare breeds, and wildlife. Our mission is to ensure that these animals receive a second chance at a safe, loving, and natural environment.
In addition to our work with animals, we are proud to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for adults and children with additional needs. By involving them in our sanctuary’s activities, we create opportunities for education, therapeutic experiences, and meaningful connections with the animals, which we’ve seen have a transformative impact on their lives.
As you may know, running a sanctuary like ours requires significant resources, from veterinary care and food to maintaining safe and enriching habitats. We’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact of a safe, loving environment not only on the animals we care for but also on the people who visit and work with them. However, the ongoing care for these special animals and the programs we offer come with significant financial challenges.
