Our family recently experienced a terrifying and unexpected flood while trying to make it home safely. During the severe flooding, our vehicle became stranded in rising water and was ultimately lost due to flood damage.

We are young parents with a five-month-old baby, and this vehicle was our main source of transportation for work, appointments, and taking care of our family’s everyday needs. Unfortunately, the car only had liability insurance, so the damages are not covered.

This situation has placed a major financial burden on our family at a time when we are already struggling to keep up with regular bills and expenses. We are now faced with trying to replace our only reliable transportation while continuing to provide for our child.

We are incredibly grateful that everyone made it out safely, and we know things could have ended much worse. Any support, prayers, donations, or shares would mean more to us than words can express.
