Hello, everybody. My fiancé, McKenzie, and I are going through the worst possible moment of our lives... We are high-school sweethearts who set out with an ambition to achieve everything we wanted. We began with getting exceptionally good jobs, a place of our own, working vehicles, and a beginner family of two puppies. In one day, all of that was stripped from us... Last month, we were rear-ended by a woman speeding on an off-ramp, and it totaled one of our vehicles. Down to one vehicle, we still made things work. It was exceedingly difficult, but life kept going for us.

On June 21st, we were T-boned off of Clinton Highway, and it totaled our remaining vehicle... As a result, my fiancé and I were not able to get to work, and she unfortunately lost her job. We made immense sacrifices to kickstart our lives in the right direction. But as of right now, without half of our income, we are projected to lose our home before the end of June because we can't pay our rent. In addition to this, we are having to give away one of our two precious puppies, who is a deep-knitted part of our family. In one moment, a man not paying attention has cost us our entire life. We are struggling in this moment because everything that we have put together with love, tears, and sacrifice was shattered. Every penny counts as we embark on a journey to try and stay afloat.
