Help Our Temple, Watt Satharam, Finish building

To all friends and families, we are organizing this fundraiser to help raise money to finish building our Khmer Buddhist Temple located in Lexington, Kentucky. Our Temple is in desperate needs of repairs, with the money raised, we hope to finish building and have a temple that all Khmer can be proud of! All Proceed will go toward the renovation and completion of the Temple.

 យេីងខ្ញុំជំនួសមុខអោយពុទ្ធបរិសទ្ធចំនុះជេីងវត្ត សត្ថារាម ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅ ..... សូមអំពាវនាវដល់ ពុទ្ធបរិសទ្ធជិតឆ្ងាយ ដែលនៅសហរដ្ធអាមេរិក និង គ្រប់រដ្ធរឺតាមបណ្តាប្រទេសនានា ដែលមានសទ្ធាជ្រះថ្លារួមគ្នាកសាងវត្ត សត្ថារាម ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅ ... ដោយវត្ថសត្ថារាមមានការខ្វះខាត ពុំមាន.... អាស្រយ័ដូចខាងលេីនេះ យេីងខ្ញុំសង្ឃឹមជឿជាក់ ដល់ពុកម៉ែបងប្អូនដែលជាពុទ្ធបរិសុទ្ធទាំងអស់ ចូលរួមកសាងវត្តអោយបានគ្រប់គ្រប់គ្នាដោយតាមសទ្ធាជ្រះថ្លាជាក់ជាពុំខាន

 

Watt Satharam Temple, Located on 130 Northwood Drive, was establish many years ago by Pou Ouk. As of September 18, 2021, the temple still does not have complete insulation, drywall, or flooring.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our goal is to raise $20,000, which will be use toward purchasing building material such as drywall, flooring, electrical, and paint to finish the first level and second level of the temple. With an estimated square footage of 3600 ft.² This is the estimated cost for materials only and does not include labor…

 

To compensate for labor, Bong Chris, Bong Tommy, along with many of our close friends and families has promised to work and provide labor in our spare time. For anybody in our community that would like to help make our temple better, we welcome all to come and help will be much appreciated…

 

 

 

 

Our goal is to raise enough money in time to finish building Watt Satharam before October 23 for the Pachum Ban festival.
