Hey Hoof and Horn Family,

I will be gone this upcoming week due to an unexpected funeral of a family member. On September the 6th, my grandfather was killed at the hands of my cousin. No one knows why this happened, but my cousin made a choice that has completely devastated my family. As of now, there is an investigation happening to understand the cause of this violence.

My grandfather was a retired police captain, so his death has not only been a huge blow to my family, but to his community in Louisiana.

I’ll be traveling to Louisiana this week to attend his memorial service and spend time with family.
