Help Our Sweet Jack w. Medical Costs

Our beloved Jack is going through a sudden medical crisis. We ask you if you can, donate to help our family cover the medical expenses; we will be forever grateful. We understand these are turbulent times for everyone, so any amount helps.

After taking him to the veterinary, he was diagnosed with Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia. AIHA means that his white blood cells are attacking and killing his red blood cells. He has been in the emergency hospital since Wednesday, 12/8/2021. As of the past two days, the medical bills are estimated upwards of $8,000. His treatment as of right now consists of autoimmune suppressants, I.V. fluids, and medication to offset any side effects the suppressants may cause. He is in need of a blood transfusion if his red blood count does not increase and his vitals become critical. As of right now, his RBC count keeps fluctuating. Everything else in his system is normal according to the vet, so we are hoping for the best and would like to give him a fighting chance at life.

Thank you in advance to any of you who can donate! It has been a tough situation to come into terms with because 4 days ago he was perfectly fine. Jack is a fighter and has already survived animal neglection before he became a part of our family. Similar to many of you, our sweet Jack is more than a dog, he is a family member and we are not ready to give up on him.
