Help Our Super Rebuild His Home

We’re raising funds for our super, Dimas Alvarez, and his family, who lost their home and all their possessions in the flash flooding from Hurricane Ida.

Dimas is the kindest and hardest-working person, always willing to lend a helping hand even off the clock. He and his family have lived in their basement apartment in our building for almost 20 years and are an integral part of the fabric of life here.

We can’t replace all the items of sentimental value that they lost but we can help return a degree of normalcy to their lives with funds to buy some material items.
