Some of my 8th grade students from Ceiba College Prep are about to embark on an unforgettable journey to Washington, DC this spring. For many of them, this will be their very first time traveling out of state or even flying on a plane. This trip is more than just a visit—it's a chance for them to see our nation's capital up close, explore the Capitol building, the White House, the Smithsonian museums, and so much more. These experiences will open their eyes to new possibilities and inspire them in ways that classroom lessons alone cannot.

We are working hard to make sure every student can join us, regardless of their family's financial situation. The funds raised here will help cover the remaining balances on their accounts and make it possible for everyone to participate in extra activities that make the trip even more special.
