For the past couple years, a stray kitty has been hanging around our house. Through cold winters and hot summers, we tried to catch her and make sure she was safe, but it wasn’t easy. When temperatures dropped below freezing, we worried for her, and when it soared above 90°, we knew she needed shade and water. Recently, we were finally able to catch her before the heat became too much, and now she’s safe inside with us.

We’re in the process of litter training and house breaking her, and she’s slowly adjusting to her new home. Our first priority is to get her spayed, which is a crucial step for her health and well-being. The vet bills for spaying, regular shots, and ongoing care are expensive, and we’ve already purchased flea and tick medication out of our own pocket. We want to make sure she has everything she needs—food, treats, litter, and proper medical care—to thrive as a loved house cat.
