Our school's speech team is thrilled to have the opportunity to attend the National Speech and Debate Tournament in June. This year, one of our students qualified for the tournament, and two younger speakers have been invited to compete in additional events. This is a unique chance for our team to represent our school and community on a national stage, and we are eager to make the most of it.

Because this tournament is not part of our regular schedule or the MSHSL circuit, all expenses—including travel, lodging, and participation fees—are our responsibility. The costs add up quickly, and we are seeking support to help cover a week of lodging, flights, a rental vehicle, tournament fees, and meals for our team. Every contribution will help ensure that our students can focus on competing and learning, rather than worrying about how to make this trip possible.

Your support will give our speakers the chance to compete with the best in the country. Attending these meets challenges our kids and inspires them by exposing them to competitors beyond our usual circle. Since attending last year, our team numbers have increased, and the positivity and work ethic of our competitors continues to grow. We want to continue building momentum and respect the legacy left before us. Contribute to our trip, contribute to the future leaders of our generation.
