Help Matt Paschke’s family with expenses.

UPDATE: Please see our update in the comment section. In December of 2018 our son, Matt, was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of cancer. He began extensive chemo treatment within a week of the diagnosis and will finish this course of treatment in mid-March. In April he will need surgery to remove the multiple tumors. He has to travel to USC, Norris Cancer Center in California to have the surgery, as this type of surgery is not performed in Montana where he and his family live.

Going public with this information is very difficult for Matt as he would never ask anyone for help nor does he want anyone feeling sorry for him. This is why we are asking on his and his wife’s behalf for financial assistance with their ever increasing medical costs.

Their insurance deductibles have reset for 2019 and the medical bills keep coming in.  He has to pay a minimum of $6000 out of pocket annually for medical expenses and he still has approximately $3000 from 2018 that is owed.  Any amount contributed will be greatly appreciated and be put towards covering their out of pocket medical expenses.

For those who do not know Matt and Amy personally, let me give a quick summary of their lives over the past year.

Matt and Amy lived in Southern California with their 3 year old son, Rome. Their goal has always been to buy a house, have more children and raise their family. Unfortunately, buying a home was not an option where they lived due to the exorbitant cost of housing. Matt decided to take a job with his company, UPS, in Great Falls, Montana, where the cost of living was much more affordable. Shortly after Matt agreed to move, they found out Amy was pregnant with their second child. They moved in April 2018 and were excited to start this journey with their growing family.

Early December Matt was told he needed to transfer to run the UPS center in Helena, MT.  They decided this was a great opportunity to purchase their dream home in Helena and excitedly started the process.  Right before Christmas, Matt was diagnosed with cancer, a few days later, their daughter, Micah, was born and Matt started chemo. As you can imagine, this was devastating news and became an extremely overwhelming time for their family. Not to mention the heavy financial burden this has caused. They still had to make the move to Helena and decided to proceed with their home purchase as it was cheaper than renting. Not only do they have the huge financial cost of his medical treatments, but now they have a new baby, moving costs, and had to buy out of their rental contract in Great Falls.

This has just been more than they can bare. We humbly and gratefully ask anyone who reads this to consider donating to help relieve this crushing burden from this amazing and loving family.

Thank you for taking the time to read our story and we greatly appreciate any and all prayers as well as donations you feel led to give.
