Our amazing son, SJ, is bravely facing Perthes disease, a rare condition affecting his hip. It means his hip bone isn't getting enough blood, causing it to weaken and reshape. This journey is tough, and the medical bills and treatments are adding up. SJ has already had one surgery on his hip and now needs a second surgery to reshape the hip joint and remove the metal plate. As his parent, I won’t be able to work so I can be there to support him every step of the way.

The funds raised will help cover medical bills, living expenses, and travel between Maricopa, AZ and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Your support will allow us to focus on SJ’s recovery and help him get back on his feet, ready to play sports—especially football, which he loves. SJ dreams of returning to the field, playing with his friends, and feeling the joy that football brings him. Watching him light up when he talks about the game reminds us how important it is for him to heal and regain his strength.
