We’re Laura and Jasan Palmer, the parents of Jensen Palmer, a dedicated father of two boys currently facing a difficult family legal case. We are organizing this fundraiser on his behalf because he cannot do it alone—and as parents and grandparents, we simply want to help him stay in this fight with dignity.

Our son Jensen is in the middle of an intense family court case that could change everything for him and his children. The case involves a request to relocate the children out of state—a move that Jensen is respectfully contesting because, at the heart of this case, is the well-being and stability of his children—maintaining the life, routines, and support systems they already know.

Jensen works full-time and continues to support and care for his boys with dedication. However, the cost of legal representation in a case like this goes far beyond what any single parent can manage alone. He’s already spent thousands to secure initial legal help, but the case is still active and ongoing—and further hearings, filings, and potential custody modifications are still ahead.

Jensen is doing everything he can, including taking on parts of the case himself when appropriate, in order to manage costs and stay fully engaged in the process, but even that comes with filing fees, documentation requirements, and an enormous time and emotional burden. He’s committed to doing this the right way—for his children—but he can’t carry this financial weight alone.
