Our Shih Tzu has been a beloved member of our family for over 15 years, growing up alongside us and sharing in every moment. Recently, we received the heartbreaking news that he has been diagnosed with Tracheal Collapse, a condition that makes it increasingly difficult for him to breathe. Watching him struggle for air has been incredibly hard for all of us, and we know that without intervention, his condition will only get worse.

The only real option to help him is a specialized and invasive surgery, where a stent or apparatus would be inserted into his throat to open his airways. This procedure is costly and requires expert care, but it could give him the chance to breathe comfortably again and hopefully share a few more precious years with us. The funds raised will go directly toward the surgery, as well as any follow-up care and medications he may need during his recovery.

I never imagined I would be in a position to ask for help like this, but our dog means the world to us. It's heartbreaking to see him in distress, and it's difficult to provide the care he needs while we juggle work and daily life.
