We’re on a mission to give shelter dogs the run of their lives, literally! The Zoomie Toomey Rescue Run Club is not just a workout group, it’s a life-saving movement that gets dogs out of their kennels and into the hearts of potential adopters. We’re raising funds to purchase a branded canopy setup and signage so we can proudly represent our shelter, promote our run club at adoption events and races, and create a welcoming, recognizable space for our team, our pups, and YOU! the amazing people who make it all possible.

But that’s not all, we’re also fundraising to support an upcoming, powerful community event: Steps for Shelter Pets on May 24.

This event highlights the staggering 10,600 animals who have entered our local shelter just this year. Every lap walked at this event will represent one of those lives, shining a light on the urgent need for fostering, adopting, donating, and responsible pet ownership. The total event goal is to raise $53,000 for vital shelter initiatives, and we want to be part of helping reach that goal while standing in solidarity with our community.
