Help our Sadima fight with Cancer

Sadima said "Something I  have never thought of, happened ".  We are very saddened to learn that our student Sadima Gurung  is suffering from cancer of unknown primary , rapidly spreading through her bone, muscle, brain, stomach and lung. She is a 25 year old international student from Nepal,  studying Diploma of IT at Skyline International College.  She is currently at Westmead Hospital after being diagnosed in early February.  Sadima noticed her symptoms only a month ago . She is currently undergoing radiation treatment  and systemic therapy. 

It is difficult to estimate how much time or resources will be needed to support her treatment . According to her doctors , it will vary depending on how her body reacts. Her Overseas Student Health  Insurance covers the treatment only as  an in-patient in the hospital. Sadima is urgently in need of about $15,000 to bring her parents here in this time of Covid restrictions and undergo immediate treatment.  They will then decide how to proceed, moving forward. She used to work in a factory but due to her medical situation,  is unable to work.  She is struggling to pay her basic needs  like rent  etc. in addition to the  prohibitive medical bills. 

Our team went to visit her in the hospital and saw a brave fighter  in spite of  the uncertainty of her situation . As an international student, she is currently going through a lot physically, emotionally and financially.
