Yesterday we brought our family dog Rip to the emergency vet due to excessive vomiting and he wouldn’t eat. He’s only 3 years old and we adopted

him when our oldest son was only a few months old. Needless to say the two of them have grown together and are the best of friends.

We brought him to the vet expecting a simple fix and instead we received some devastating news. Our Rippy Boy had swallowed a foreign object and it was blocking his intestines. This was preventing Rip from keeping any food down. The vet said the bill will be over $6000. Unfortunately, with the economy and having 3 kids under 3 we simply don’t have that kind of money laying around. What we are able to pay just isn’t enough to cover the entire surgery and recovery at home.

We tried getting financing and loans, but nothing came through.

That being said we are hoping you can help us bring Rip home and help him get better with this lifesaving surgery. Every penny counts and we appreciate any donations. We want our Rippy boy back home, safe and sound. We miss him and want him to get better soon. Our son keeps asking for him and we’d do anything to put a smile back on his face to see his Rippy Boy as soon as possible.
