Our 1-year-old rescue dog has brought so much joy to our family, but recently she suffered an injury while playing in the yard. At first, we thought it was just a minor sprain, but soon noticed her paw was deformed, turned out at a 45-degree angle. After a visit to the vet, we learned she has carpus valgus and needs surgery to correct it. This diagnosis was heartbreaking, especially since she’s already been through so much with her health.

Earlier this year, we had to pay for dental care due to her enamel dysplasia, which requires yearly procedures. The costs have added up quickly, and we’re struggling to keep up with the bills. Her pet insurance has helped with some needs and will cover the scan for her surgery, but the dental care and the surgery itself are out of pocket. We want to do everything we can to ensure she lives a long, happy life, but we need help to make that possible.
