Help Our Puppy Tater Tot

Hello animal lovers, I recently rescued a puppy on 4/22/2022, and he has been in the emergency animal hospital since 4/27/2022. My pup Tater Tot needs additional care in the hospital to combat parvo and coccidia. I have incurred vet bills at this time of over $12,000 trying to give him the best fighting chance, and now financially, I'm left with the hardship of deciding what to do next. I want to give Tater Tot every chance without having to make a heart-wrenching decision. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated to keep his fight going.
