Help our puppy get back up on his paws

Hi, everyone. I’m reaching out with a heavy heart for some help. Our sweet, five-month-old Australian Shepherd recently had a playful accident and ended up breaking his leg. The vet says that if we don’t get surgery done soon, his leg will have to be amputated.

This little guy is the heart of our family, always full of energy and love. Watching him in pain at such a young age has been so tough on my kids and me. We’re lucky to have insurance that covers 80% of the surgery, but with a total cost of $4,750, we still need $950 to cover the remaining portion.
