Help our public golfer GO PRO! 

We are asking for your support and assistance to fund Scott Jordan's professional golf opportunity. Scott has excelled since youth golf, through high school and collegiate levels with his team coaches' guidance, and with the help of family friends. We're fundraising to give him the best opportunity to launch his professional golf career, and provide him with the resources to excel at that level. All funds raised will be used for practice rounds, coaching, equipment, tournaments, and travel costs. Scott has played as a public golfer his whole life, and we want to bridge the gap as best as possible to provide him with the coaching, support, and resources to perform at the next level. Scott has not had a single golf lesson through his golf career. How far can he go once we are able to provide some additional tweaks to his game? Sky's the limit. 

Scott is currently in the midst of PGA / Korn Ferry Q School, and is showing the same drive and determination that has served him well to date. At the Kannapolis NC prequal round, Scott fired 17 birdies to T-4th in the 54-hole event. Scott advances to the New Jersey first stage qualifying at Galloping Hills CC in October, and onward. Scott has played impressive amateur golf through the Tri-State PGA and WPGA with multiple top five and top ten finishes through the past two summers - recent 2025 summer articles / highlights below. The 2025 summer schedule culminated in the opportunity to represent the WPGA Amateurs in the 30th Palmer Cup at Latrobe Country Club, where Scott won both his matches, and where even getting to play this event is truly an honor. At Longwood University (D1 Farmville, VA) Scott excelled on and off the golf course, graduating Cum Laude with BS in Business Administration / Accounting. Named All-Big South honors twice (First Team, and Honorable Mention), as well as Big South Freshman team, and Big South All Academic honors. Scott closed his Longwood golf career ranked third on their all-time scoring average list. As a sophomore Scott and the Lancers captured Longwood's first Big South Championship and advanced to the NCAA Regional, for the first time since 2007. Scott shot an opening round 64 at the opening round of the NCAA Salem Regional, a mark that tied the best regional round in Big South history (set by Dustin Johnson at Coastal Carolina), showing his resilience and determination on the big stage. Scott has earned distinction with his collegiate awards listed above, and three-time GCAA Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar Award winner, VaSID Academic All-State team, repeat Big South Golfer of the Week honors, all while earning multiple semesters' Deans List recognition. 

Supported by his family and friends, teammates, HS and college coaches thus far, we are reaching out to the broader audience now to go to the next level. Jim and Sue Jordan both work and are supporting their daughter in her Physician Assistant collegiate studies, but are unable to provide the financial ways and means to make Scott's dream a reality.
