Our beloved Allison Cardenas, sixth grader at Clara Barton Elementary and devoted student of the Bible, was recently diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). This particular cancer is less frequently found in children. However, we pray that her age is a determining factor for a speedy recovery. Depending on the progress of the chemotherapy, she might require a bone marrow transplant. As of now we don’t have a specific monetary figure but we are aware that it will be costly. We appreciate all the love and support that Allison has received from family, friends and even newcomers. There are hardly enough words to express our boundless gratitude. We do not take all the kindness for granted. We place our faith in Jehovah’s hands pray that our sweet and bright Allison finds her strength anew. Thank you for aiding us in these difficult moments.
