My name is Howard Kolins, president of the Boerum Hill Association. Today, a 5-alarm fire at the UFC Fit gym at Boerum Place and Pacific Street, destroyed 10 apartments. They appear to be a complete loss. We are working to identify all the residents who now have nothing.
