Help our neighbor T Berry

Our neighbor Thomas "T" Berry is in need, after a tree fell on his house on Potts Street in Davidson August 1. The stress has worsened some existing health conditions and he recently spent five days in the hospital. He's back home now, but the authorities worry the house is unsafe. You may have seen him around town selling his unique hand-carved walking sticks. It's a tiny supplement to an extremely limited income. He typically struggles with his monthly bills. Now he's on the verge of being homeless. T also is in the midst of an uphill legal fight to prove his partial ownership of the house. We're working with local social service and housing groups in Davidson, but his need is immediate. So we're raising money to help him. We're also looking for housing for him and welcome any and all creative ideas. Can you help?
