Our neighbor Doug Robertson lost his home today in a devastating house fire that caused complete loss of his home and belongings. In a matter of minutes, he lost so much, and now they’re facing the overwhelming task of rebuilding his life.

In addition to losing his home and belongings, Doug also tragically lost his beloved cats in the fire. His Cats were family—constant companions who brought comfort, love, and joy every day. Their loss has been absolutely devastating to Doug.

We’re starting this GoFundMe to help cover immediate needs such as temporary housing, clothing, food, and basic necessities, as well as longer-term recovery costs. Any contribution—no matter the size—will make a meaningful difference during this incredibly difficult time.
