Hi, my name is Chloe, and I’m fundraising for my incredible mum, Fran, who has recently been diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer.

Fran has been a full-time nurse for over 30 years. She’s spent her life caring for others with compassion, strength, and dedication. She’s the heart of our family — a devoted wife to her husband Phil, a loving mum to two adult children, and a proud grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren.

Her diagnosis has shaken all of us. Unfortunately, due to the stage and location of the cancer, surgery is not an option. Fran will soon begin an intensive course of chemotherapy and radiation therapy in the hope of shrinking the cancer and managing symptoms. This treatment will be tough — physically and emotionally — and will require all of her strength.

As she prepares to fight this battle, we’re doing everything we can to support her. But the reality is that the financial burden is heavy. With ongoing hospital visits, treatment side effects, and reduced income, Fran and Phil are facing significant expenses.

We’re raising funds to help relieve some of that pressure so Fran can focus on healing. Every donation — no matter the amount — will help cover essential living expenses, and anything else she may need during this journey.
