My name is Nancy, and I am reaching out to you in a moment of critical need for my beloved mother, Mrs. Ibrahim.
Four years ago, she was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma (bone marrow cancer). She fought it bravely, but her condition has severely advanced. On May 27, 2026, she was rushed to the hospital in an emergency state—unable to breathe properly, in excruciating pain, and completely unable to walk.
The cancer has aggressively attacked her skeletal system. It has fractured her left upper arm and severely destroyed her lower spine, leaving her lower body paralyzed and confining her to a hospital bed.
Why This Is Everything to Us
Our mother is the anchor of our family. Seeing a woman who gave everything to raise us suddenly broken, unable to move her arm, and unable to stand up is a pain we cannot describe. We refuse to give up on her, and the medical team says she has a strong fighting chance if we act now.
How the Funds Will Be Used
As a family, we have completely emptied our life savings, paying over €3,050 (₦5,000,000+) out of pocket to clear her initial emergency ICU, oxygen, and diagnostic bills. We are still spending heavily every single day to manage her care in the hospital while she is being prepared for her main treatments. We are now completely financially exhausted.
We are urgently raising a total of €10,000 (approximately ₦15,000,000). Every single Euro raised from this campaign will be managed by Ovai Reuben and sent directly to fund:
Nuclear Medicine Therapy (Estimated at €6,150 / ₦10,000,000): To aggressively target and stop the cancer cells from destroying her remaining bones.
Major Orthopedic Surgeries: To repair her fractured arm and stabilize her lumbar spine so she can stand and walk again.
Ongoing Daily Hospitalization & Miscellaneous Expenses: To cover her continuous complex medical management, daily ward costs, post-op care, and emergency medications while we wait for treatment to commence.
We are knocking on your hearts to help us give our mother her life and her legs back. Please donate, share her story, and keep her in your prayers. Thank you so much.
