My name is Tim Conklin and on behalf of my sister Stacey and brother Don, we are looking for support for our mother, Terri Conklin, and her latest medical battle. Over the past 5 years, she has endured so much medically, and in May, she fell down and broke her hip, which landed her in rehab until September. She was starting to progress in her recovery and had another setback as she has gotten pneumonia and an embolism in both lungs and has been hospitalized for about 5 weeks. She has exhausted all Medicare benefits and needs private hire home care until we can get her assistance with Medicaid. We know we are asking a lot so close to the holidays and appreciate any little support that can be given.
