“On July 31st, 2025, my mom was told she had to self-deport by August 3rd, 2025, after being here for 26 years. She was in the process of getting her residency, and even after submitting health records that she is on dialysis, ICE still told her she couldn’t stay longer. This has created a lot of hurt in our family. She has four kids; the youngest one is 15 and still in school. My father also has multiple myeloma, a cancer in the plasma. In his case, it causes compression fractures on his spine, and he is unable to work and live his normal life. I’m asking for help to raise money for my mom and dad. For my mom, to cover any health care expenses, like her dialysis, medications, and exams. For my dad, it could help if he gets treatments in Mexico while he’s visiting my mom. This could also help with living expenses since my parents will have to stay at two separate households, and transportation to the dialysis clinic since my mom doesn’t drive. I know times may be hard for everyone at the moment, so don’t feel obligated to donate. Even prayers for our family are well appreciated. Thank you in advance.”
