Help Our Mom Fight Stage 4 Peritoneal Cancer

Donation protected
Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
Back in August our mom, Toni, suffered a heart attack and was hospitalized for nearly a week while the Doctors failed to find a cause. Fast forward to this holiday season, she started experiencing similar and worse symptoms and was hospitalized on December 16th. It was that day we received the heartbreaking news that our mom has cancer. After a week in the hospital going through every test possible, she was discharged, and we had to wait untill after Christmas for test results to provide her official diagnosis.

On December 30th she was diagnosed with stage 4 peritoneal cancer. The doctors say it’s aggressive, and the road ahead will be long and difficult. As we try to process and navigate this devastating diagnosis, we are also faced with the reality of hefty medical expenses that are beyond what our family has the means to manage.

Since being laid off near the end of 2023, my mom has been unemployed and uninsured, leaving us in a difficult position. While we remain hopeful and focused on fighting this battle, the financial strain is quickly becoming overwhelming. The costs of her treatments, medications, hospital visits, and the necessary care to support her through this fight are quickly adding up, and this is only the beginning.

Here’s what we’re facing:
• Chemotherapy and treatment costs
• Surgical expenses (if chemo is successful)
• Medications and prescriptions
• Potential travel and lodging for treatments
• Ongoing medical tests and consultations

As you can imagine, the financial burden is huge, and we want to do everything possible to help our mom get the care she needs. She is a fighter—she has always been strong, resilient, and full of love for everyone around her. Now, she needs us, and we are reaching out for help.

We are humbly asking for donations to help cover her treatment and medical expenses during this difficult time. Any amount, no matter how small, would make a world of difference in allowing us to focus on getting her the treatment she needs without the constant worry of how we will pay for it.
In addition to your financial support, we ask that you please keep our mom in your thoughts. She has always been the glue holding our family together, and we are determined to see her fight this disease with everything she’s got.

Please share this story with your network—every share increases the chances that we can meet our goal and give our mom the best possible chance to overcome this.
Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and generosity during this incredibly difficult time. Your support means more than words can express.

With heartfelt gratitude,
Ryan, Jordan, and Hailee
