My Name is Lizi Atias, My twin sister and I are setting up this GoFundMe in support of our beloved mother, Naomi Zohar Atias. Mom has been battling severe illness for the last few months, she has already spent 75 days in a hospital stay to treat Peripheral Artery disease and neuropathy, had 3 operations to prevent amputation of her legs (of which 1 sent her into ICU) and now has been diagnosed with Leukemia (ALL) and Lymphoma .She is currently hospitalized in Ichilov Tel Aviv for chemo-therapy and follow ups on her legs. We are terrified we lost our older sister to Leukemia . Throughout this time, there has been an outpouring of support from family here and friends mom knew in Miami in prayers and well wishers, but we are new in Israel and have not developed a community here or been able to secure work due to Covid. As time has gone by, many have asked if there is more that they could do to support her and the family so we can continue nurturing her and encouraging her to heal. This gofundme was set up to help relieve some of the burdens of Moms ever-increasing bills that are not covered by insurance. We pray that you can help us to alleviate financial pressure so we can get settled and make sure mom is not neglected.
