Tammy has spent her life caring for others—now she needs our help.

She is currently going through cancer treatment, and every day is a struggle. The treatments are taking a heavy toll on her body—leaving her exhausted, in pain, and barely able to prepare simple meals. She’s fighting severe leg aches, constant nausea, and extreme fatigue. Just moving around the house takes all her strength.

She can only manage to drink water and Lipton Zero Peach Tea, and she stays sick with severe stomach issues that keep her from getting the rest and nutrition she needs. Our dad, Tim, is doing his best to support her, but he can’t be with her all the time, and the financial pressure is growing.

Our mom is the mother of two and the loving grandmother of four. She’s worked for years as an assistant teacher in the special needs classroom at Elizabethton High School. She’s been an advocate with CASA, a founding member of Kids Like Us Community Learning Center, and a lifelong supporter of our community's children and their families.

She has poured love, time, and energy into this community. Now, we’re asking our community to be there for her.
