On February 2nd, our mom, Candy, was diagnosed with cancer. It's the kind of news that completely changes everything, and our family is now beginning a journey we never expected.

Doctors estimate that her treatment and recovery will be about a year-long process, including chemotherapy, medications, surgery and many doctor appointments along the way.
