Help minister who lost her job because of Covid

Our minister, Rev. Mary Frances Comer, contracted Covid in the summer of 2020. Since then, she has been suffering from "Long Hauler" symptoms which have severely affected her lungs as well as several other bodily systems . Mary Frances is now dependent on Oxygen therapy and often needs a wheel chair for short distances due to breathing difficulty, heart concerns, and extreme fatigue. Due to these debilitating health issues, she has had to go on disability and is unable to function as our minister. Being unable to work and unemployed, she is now facing the loss of her health insurance and will not be able to afford the high cost of housing. She would like to return to her nearby hometown to live in an old, small family home that needs major renovations to make it habitable. The following repairs need to be done to make it a healthy environment. The roof leaks, and mold is now in the home which would make it very detrimental with her breathing issues. We would like to replace the roof on the house, remove the mold from the walls, replace the flooring and add a functional HVAC system to make it a healthy and safe home. Rev. Comer came to our church in 2014 as an Affiliated Community Minister and then became our part-time minister of Congregational Care in 2016. She became the Lead Minister in 2018. Rev. Comer has a giving, kind heart and has taken great care of the members and friends of our church as well as the greater community where she has worked toward social justice, equality and peace.
