Help our mama Valentina Fight Cancer...

Hello, My dear Friends, Neighbors and Community —
I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. Writing to you today is both a necessity and a step outside my comfort zone. I am reaching out to share a personal challenge and to kindly ask for your support.
Recently, my mama, Valentina, was diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer that requires treatment beyond what our financial capabilities can handle. Ukraine does not have health insurance, and waiting for medical care in the regular system, especially with the war going on, is not an option. Time, and sense of urgency, is of the utmost importance so the cancer does not spread. We have found a great clinic in Kyiv, about 500km from home which has cutting edge technology and a medical team that specializes in colon cancer. The past few years, we have invested our resources into rescuing loved ones from war-torn areas in Ukraine and Crimea. With what little saving we have left, along with our monthly salary we’ve put into initial treatment, but the cost of medical expenses has become a towering hurdle for my family and I, with the average daily cost of 160,000 UAH or 3,850 USD per day. 100,000 USD seems like staggering, overwhelming amount to handle, but when 1000 people chip in 100 USD or 5000 people 20 USD it seems like a very attainable feat... for the price of a cup of coffee, with enough people, we could help save a woman’s life, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, OUR mother! We would be grateful for any amount… dollars truly add up. Your support would provide not just financial relief but also encouragement to our family during this difficult time.
Thank you for you and your kindness, it means the world to us. We want to express our sincerest gratitude for considering it or even reading this far.
