Help our loved one Kim Heal After Tragic Accident
Donation protected
Hello everyone, thank you for taking time to read and help in any way you can. I am setting up this fundraiser on behalf of Kim Villalaz, beloved family, friend, and mother of two, who is unfortunately in dire need of financial help for; hospital bills, medical treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation, transportation for doctor’s appointments and time to heal.
On the night of November 3, 2024, our beloved friend/family member, Kim, was traveling on the 14 freeway as a passenger in her own vehicle with a heavily intoxicated male driver (whose name will not be disclosed for the time being for legal and safety reasons). Said male allegedly pulled over on the shoulder of the carpool lane, forced Kim out of her vehicle, and possibly attempted to abandoned her while unfortunately intoxicated and vulnerable, willingly and purposefully, without any of her belongings—such as her bag or phone. Leaving her at risk on a freeway, she had to attempt to get to safety and get help. While attempting to do so, Kim, her vehicle with male still in it, were unfortunately struck by a vehicle traveling at approximately 75 mph, with a driver who did not see her or noticed her vehicle was at a halt. Leaving Kim with serious injuries that will require extensive medical treatment, surgeries, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and time to heal. She is currently in the hands of a great trauma hospital, no longer in a coma. The hospital is only allowing authorized visitors, so really all we can do is share or donate (if possible, we understand times are hard currently) and help support her and her family in this time of dire need.
Kim is a loving and caring parent, best friend, daughter, sister, and friend, as well as a strong and hardworking individual who has always been there for others, and now we need to be there for her. She was there for me when I was in a head-on collision on my way to work in April of 2023, that left me in a similar condition that she is now in. Visiting me while I was in a coma and recovering, checking in on my family and friends, and being there for us. Now, it is only right that I be there for her as she was with me. Therefore, I'm also kindly asking those who were there for me in any way, shape, or form to also be there for her, along with any former friends, classmates, coworkers of Kim, and any kind and caring strangers for the help that she deserves. Anything helps and is immensely appreciated; whether it's a share, repost, or a donation of any amount. We (myself, family, and friends of Kim and Kim herself) thank you so much with our whole hearts and are grateful for you.
Kim, I love you, we love you. <3 <3 <3 <3
