Hi, My name is Renee and I am one of two amazing grandmas to this lil miracle. Freya Marceline Sterling was born 5 weeks premature, on Nov 29 2025. Weighing only 4lbs 8oz, she came into this world within 8 hours. Since her birth, both momma and baby have been medivaced to Prince George for specialized care. Both momma and baby needed urgent care upon their arrival. Both are healing in Prince George, but will have to be there for weeks, maybe even months, until baby is well enough to come home. We have started this fundraiser to assist in the additional costs that are being incurred to keep mom and dad close to princess while she gains weight, deals with preemie apnea, learns how to eat, and overcomes the challenges of being a preemie, as well as any additional cost that are unknown. We aren't sure what the future will hold, but every donation will help to make it a little less stressful for momma daddy, and our precious queenie.
