Help our Lahaina family

The devastating fires in Maui have caused much destruction and upheaval in our community. Unfortunately the fires spread and destroyed my family’s dry cleaning factory, Ali’i Dry Cleaners, in Lahaina, Maui. The fire took everything including the dry cleaning factory and many personal items of the community. Many of our employees lost their homes in the fire as well. This fund is an effort to help my father and his employees rebuild their future and recover from devastation.

The funds will go to employee paychecks and insurance payments, immediate reimbursement for lost property to our customers, remaining bills owed for running the business, and more.

My father has spent his entire life building this business. He was about to retire next year. His life’s work and his employees homes have been lost within hours along side of the historical front street in Lahaina. It’s been hard to find any hope in these times as some of my dads employees have not been found at this time. I cannot convey the utter sadness our family has felt since learning that our many friends have lost so much. I want to give back in anyway possible. Thank you for your consideration or contribution.
