She’d never ask for help for herself, so I’ll do it!

For those who haven’t yet heard Debra fell while doing some yard work. The fall was so hard that she injured her spinal cord and she had to have emergency surgery. She is now recovering and making good progress but is unable to work during this period due to the nature of the injury and will likely be out for 3 months. This is the woman who buys sandwiches for hungry people outside the grocery store and who offered to buy a blanket for the guy who stole our golf cart cover and used it for a blanket. And even now, doesn’t want this to hold her back or to ask for help. So I’m asking. Because I’ve learned that some things are bigger than I am, and that it’s ok to admit that.
