Help Our Katy Hope! 
A rallying cry that actually has a double meaning. Did you know?

Katy Hope is her name, so we're asking that you help HER. But we're also praying that you'll be inspired to reach out and help her (Katy) HOPE. Hope for good health, hope for a future, hope for all of us who love her that one day she'll be home, her days spent playing games, laughing with her sisters and growing up!

Katy has Down Syndrome and was born with heart and lung problems. She's spent the greater part of her life in the hospital. Several heart surgeries, a stomach surgery and a love/hate relationship with feeding and breathing tubes are just a sampling of what Katy has faced in her young life. She's such a red-headed rock star! 

Just recently Katy took a turn for the worse. She rallied and in the intervening treatment, doctors have chosen to share Katy's records with doctors at Shands. Perhaps there will be something discovered that will turn this all around for her.

As you can imagine, the hospital and doctor bill have risen astronomically and this is a burden the family will carry for a long time. I'm setting up this fundraiser in order to raise $$$ to help pay for Katy's care.  Please help if you can. 

In the meantime we are praying and believing that God is in control. We believe in miracles because Katy is one. We see clearly how God has done a good work in many hearts and lives because of Katy's journey.
