Hi, if you all don’t know me already my name is Siraj Ahmed and I’m originally from Chicago now living in California.  Kaleem is my family and on behalf of Kaleem's global community, we would like to help Kaleem over troubled waters. 

Although it is the number one disease in men over 40, I never thought this could happen to our dearest friend, Kaleem khalu/ Kaleem bhai! As we all know by now, Kaleem sustained a massive heart attack leaving him with low heart function that will require significant intervention that may include heart transplant.  As his brother, I am starting this GoFundMe in hope that it will help ease the financial burden that will be placed on Kaleem and his family.  I will be handling the funds on his behalf as they have enough to worry about focusing on Kaleem's recovery.   

By the Grace of God and everyone’s prayers, he is recovering slowly.  We ask that you please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. We hope to have positive updates as time goes by and appreciate all of your support.

Please help get Kaleem back to being active in the community as the community desperately needs him!
