The Opportunity: A Great Group of Kids

Our high school swim and dive team is a dedicated group of student-athletes who represent our school with passion and commitment. They work tirelessly in and out of the water, pushing themselves to achieve their goals and build lifelong skills like teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. For many of our athletes, this team is more than just a sport; it is a community.

The Challenge: Budget Cuts and Rising Costs

While our school believes in the value of athletics and does not charge "pay to play" fees, sustaining athletic teams and providing resources is expensive.

Our team does not have access to a home pool, meaning we must rent space in a neighboring town. In addition, transportation is costly. We also need to purchase necessary equipment for training, including swim suits, fins, kickboards, parachutes, and pull buoys. There are also registration fees for meets, including one special meet held specifically for our female athletes. Furthermore, to give our divers the coaching they need to succeed, we must raise funds to assist with diving clinics.

Diving Clinics: Continuing to develop our diver who placed second at States last season and support new divers.

New Equipment: Supplying essential training gear.
