Help Our Heather Get Back On Her Feet
Donation protected
I’m Amy Curtis. Heather Boulware is a very dear friend and I’m helping her with this GoFundMe.
In August 2021, our beloved Heather moved to Montana. She and Jordan lived in a modified van for two months until they found an apartment.
2022 hasn’t exactly been kind.
In the spring of 2022, an accident at work left Heather with a broken shoulder, missing over a week of work and she’s still waiting on worker’s comp to pay.
In the summer of 2022, Heather was laid off from her job. Her new job lasted a week until everyone on her team was laid off again because of a massive theft at her place of employment until police investigate. They have not reached out yet.
After getting a new job, but before her benefits kick in, Heather developed a bladder infection. The infection became a kidney infection which compromised kidney function, which led to sepsis. E. Coli was found in her blood and she developed pneumonia.
Thankfully, Heather is on the road to recovery. Kidney function has improved. Pneumonia and the other infections are being treated.
Heather has been in the ICU for a week, and will be in the hospital for a while yet. She may need some rehab before she is able to go back to work.
Your support to help Heather with medical bills and living expenses until she can get back on her feet is much appreciated.
