Help us feed our goats feed through the winter!
Donation protected
Utah Refugee Goats, a non-profit refugee-operated goat farm that aims to sustain and provide resources to help refugees in Utah become self sufficientneeds your help.
The farm, primarily operated with donations and volunteer labor, is home to over 250 adult and young goats and over 300 poultry for egg and meat production.
As we enter the 2024 kidding season, with our grazing land going frozen by the snow, we seek your help to provide sustainable nutrition to our goat family throughout the winter.
Your donation, however big or small, will help provide much-needed Alfa-Alfa hay and grain feed for the expecting mother goats through the winter. We have over 110 goats pregnant and baby goats have started to arrive. We are expecting just over 200 baby goats. These mother goats need your help to eat fresh hay so they can provide milk to their young kids.
With your support of only $50 the farm can feed a goat family of 5 for a whole month with proper nutrition. But please donate what you can even $5, it will make a difference in reaching our goal and giving proper feed to our family of goats.
Please help us reach our goal above to keep our herd fed for the winter season until our 2024 forage is ready for grazing.
