Kairie's journey began in April 2025 when she first started showing signs of seizures. Within weeks, she was having over 20 seizures a day, with some being 10 minutes apart, leading to her hospitalization. Our little girl went through a terrifying week of needles, tests, and procedures before we finally got her diagnosis of epilepsy.

Since being diagnosed, she has been through several different medications. Thankfully, one finally brought her seizures under control. However, it is not safe for long-term use due to the toll it takes on her liver. Her doctors have now referred us to a specialized epilepsy center in California, where she can receive much-needed advanced care and treatment that she cannot receive here back at home.

This is why we are asking for your help. While insurance has thankfully helped with some of the cost, it's unfortunately not enough to cover everything. Donations will go directly toward travel, medical costs, and giving Kairie the best chance at a healthy and happy future. Even if you cannot give, sharing her story makes a world of difference.
