Hello friends, my name is Allie.

In the early hours of the morning—around 2:30 AM—our company housing caught fire. Thankfully, all eight of us made it out safely, but the damage was pretty devastating.

Our friend Nate was the first to wake up, his window shattering from the heat with the flames just outside. He quickly alerted everyone, giving us more than enough time to escape. We’re so grateful for his quick actions—and for the firefighters who quickly arrived and put out the fire.

Unfortunately, Nate’s and our friend Josiah’s rooms were completely destroyed in the fire. Everything mostly they owned—clothes, hard-earned savings, work gear, and precious personal belongings—was lost in an instant.

I’ve started this GoFundMe to help everyone begin to rebuild. The funds will go toward replacing the essentials—clothing, tools, gear for work, and personal items—and to help ease the financial burden this tragedy has brought.
