Help Our Friends Rebuild After Hurricane Helene

My heart sincerely goes out to everyone affected by Hurricane Helene. Many of our loved ones are experiencing extreme times and devastation within the Tampa Bay Area, especially Pinellas County.

As many of you know, Hurricane Helene has left a path of devastation, and our dear friends Ethan and Jason are among those severely impacted. Their home was flooded, and they lost everything in the process—furniture, clothing, important documents, pet supplies, food, and medications. Hearing them on the phone after escaping through a window, passing their dog, Rory, off from one to another, and swimming to a nearby home on stilts broke my heart. Sadly, the damage to their house is so extensive that they can't move back in anytime soon, and the landlord has informed them that major repairs are needed. Unfortunately, they’ll have to find a new place to live, which adds an additional layer of stress during this already difficult time.

We know that this is a trying time for many of our loved ones, but if you are able, we’re asking for your support to help Ethan and Jason get back on their feet. Your donations will go towards:

- Temporary housing

- Replacing essential furniture and household items

- Purchasing food, paying bills, car repairs, medications, and supplies for their pets

- Helping with moving costs and deposits for a new home
