My name is Veronica and I've been running this campaign since March 2024 along with two very dear friends with ties to Palestine. We first helped the Alqedra family to evacuate from Gaza. After they reached safety we continued to raise funds to help other families in need by distributing fresh water and new clothes to displaced children with the help of Rewaa Al Faleet, a law graduate located in Central Gaza.

In addition, we've been supporting the following friends and their families:
1. Rewaa Alfaleet:
Rewaa is a law graduate who lost her house in Deir al-Balah and after living in a tent for several months is now renting a one bedroom unfinished apartment that she's sharing with nine family members.
2. Hanaa Ahmad:
Hanaa and her family used to live in Beit Lahiya, North Gaza. After staying in a shelter under siege for a month, amidst heavy fire and bombardment, they were forcibly expelled and had to move further south. Hanaa, her husband, their five children and a nephew who was rescued from under the rubble and left orphaned, are now staying in one bedroom in a flat that they're sharing for 40 more displaced people.
3. Omran and Abdel-Hadi Alqedra:
Omran and Abdel-Hadi are relatives of Mamoun Alqedra, for whom we started this campaign. They are still trapped in Gaza and living in dire conditions in Khan Younis after losing their home and being displaced many times.
